Everbuild Tecnic 400 Fire Sealant Fire Rated Silicone Sealant is a four hour rated, neutral cure, elastic sealant that gives a firm yet flexible (+/- 25%) seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures including fire walls, partitions and other building surfaces both porous and non-porous with joins up to 50mm wide. Due to its excellent weather characteristics this fire rated sealant is suitable for both internal and external use. An additional benifit of Tecnic 400 is it also forms an acoustic seal. Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-4:2006, BS EN ISO 140-3:1995 and EN 13141-1.
