We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned goods should be in a condition suitable for resale, including sealed tubes and tubs, and must be in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.
In the event of missing or faulty items, we will gladly provide a full refund or a replacement product if notified within 10 working days from the delivery date.
Refunds for faults and defects will cover the incurred delivery charges for returning the goods. However, it's important to note that shipping charges for the initial delivery of supplied goods by the courier and The Sealant Store are not eligible for a refund.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to apply a 30% restocking fee (calculated based on the original sale price) for products ordered in error. The assessment and application of this fee will be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
